What is GHTD Link?

GHTD Link is a new microtransit service created by the Greater Hartford Transit District and operated by M7. Microtransit is on-demand, accessible ride sharing that uses the latest digital network technology to offer curb-to-curb rides in a service zone. Passengers traveling in the same direction will be matched to efficiently get them where they want to go.
Trips can be booked on-demand or up to three days in advance. Trips can be booked by using the GHTD Link app, by phone, or online. By supplying your pickup and drop-off locations, within the specified zone, and the time of your trip, you will be matched with a vehicle going your way.
